The presented miniature is a replica of so-called ludwikowka, the saber produced since 1936 to 1939. It name originated from Kielce’s steelworks Huta Ludwików, which produced 40 thousand pieces of this weapon. This saber was in the Polish cavalry equipment during World War II.

The saber has slightly curved blade, smooth on both sides. From the forte to the foible carries on the distinct fuller.
The hilt is fully closed, with notched grip and two rivets. The cross-guard has relatively short moustache.

The set include fashionable, black etui for a cutter and a description of saber wz. 1934.
