The presented saber is an exact replica of model patterned wz. 1917. Produced in first years of independent Poland by Warsaw companies: Morawski, Bieńkowski, Borowski and German company Carl Eickhorn Solingen. Used by Polish cavalry in war against Soviets (1919-1921).

The hilt is fully closed, with three hoops connected into one hoop more or less at the center of its length (Russian saber type). The cross-guard colored gold, with back arm in teardrop form. The hood is also golden, decorate by ornamentation. The hilt is wooden, covered by black leather and tangled around by golden thread. The tassel is bounded to hoop (with the harmony of these times).
The blade is curved circularly, smooth on one side. The other side decorated with floral motifs, between them there is the eagle with crown and inscription “HONOR AND HOMELAND”. The blade topped with feather.
The scabbard has two rings and large drag.
